Flexible Ticket is a service that allows travelers to modify their flight details at no extra cost. If your plans change, you can reschedule your flight without facing standard airline penalties. If you wish to rebook a ticket for a different departure date or time, you’ll only pay the difference for the new fare.

How Does It Work?

1️⃣ Add the plan to your shopping cart during the checkout process.

2️⃣ If you decide to change your flight, please contact our support team at least 48 hours prior to your first departure to initiate the process.

3️⃣ Choose your new flight, and pay only the fare difference, if any.

4️⃣ Have a great trip!

Limitations

• The request must be made with our Customer Care department via phone or the ‘Contact Us’ form at least 48 hours prior to your first scheduled departure. Once the 48-hour limit prior to the first departure has passed, the plan will be considered consumed, and airline-imposed fare rules will apply.
• Changes are allowed only with the same airline(s) and ticket stock. No changes to departure/destination cities and carriers. Only the first change is covered; subsequent changes incur fees. Changes must occur within 12 months of original ticket purchase. Flight segments must be used in the same order as originally booked.
• The change can be made for the entire trip or for its return once the first part of the trip is completed. It can not be done mid-trip or for a specific flight segment.
• Change of a ticket to allow a “stopover”, staying in a connecting city longer than 8 hours —is not permitted.
• Upgrades, name changes and corrections, no-shows, missed connections and additional costs (seats, baggage, insurance etc) are not covered.
• The Plan is non refundable and does not allow ticket transfers to different individuals or other bookings. The plan is considered consumed once the ticket is refunded. The plan does not apply to changes or cancelations made directly with the airline. In case the airline changes the schedule, the product remains valid for the new itinerary. However, if the airline cancels the flight, no refund will be provided for the product.
