Important Information About Separate Ticket Bookings
We’re committed to offering you the best flight options and prices. That’s why some trips on our website are booked as separate tickets, which combine different parts of your journey, sometimes with different airlines. This approach saves you money and provides more flexible schedules. Here’s what you need to know to book with confidence.
Why Choose Separate Tickets?
Separate tickets allow us to mix and match flights to create affordable, customized itineraries. For example, you might get:
- A budget-friendly departure and return flight combination
- A multi-city trip tailored to your plans
- Flights from airlines that don’t typically partner together
Each ticket is treated as an independent booking with its own confirmation number and fare rules, giving you more options to explore.
Key Information for a Smooth Trip
1. Baggage and Check-in Rules
Each ticket may have its own baggage allowance, seat selection options, or check-in process. To make it easy, check the specific rules for each flight when you receive your confirmation. You may need to collect and recheck your baggage between flights.
2. Confirmation Numbers
You’ll receive a separate airline confirmation number (also called a record locator or PNR). for each ticket, but all tickets will still share one unique Order Number with us. Keep your airline confirmation number (PNR) handy for check-in and your Order Number for managing bookings online. We’ll send all the details clearly in your booking confirmation email.
3. Managing Changes or Cancellation
Since each ticket is separate, changes or cancellations must be handled individually. This gives you flexibility to adjust only part of your trip if needed. However, it also means airlines don’t automatically rebook you if a delay causes a missed connection. To ensure a stress-free journey choose itineraries with enough time between flights (we recommend at least 2-3 hours for connections).
If one of your separate tickets is canceled and you request a refund, it will be handled based on the airline’s policy for that specific flight. However, please note that refunds won’t apply to other tickets in your booking unless those flights are also canceled or eligible according to the airline’s policy.
4. Visa and Transit Requirements
Some separate tickets may require you to exit and re-enter an airport during a layover. Verify visa or entry requirements for any country you’re transiting through.
Why Separate Tickets Are a Great Choice
Separate tickets are perfect when you want:
- Lower fares by combining the best deals from multiple airlines
- Customized routes for multi-destination adventures
- Flexible schedules with more flight times to choose from
We carefully select separate ticket options to ensure reliable connections and great value by planning ahead
